David has been in the real estate industry since 2016. Previous to this, he served with the Canadian Armed Forces for 30 years with many peacekeeping and peacemaking tours under his belt. This was the perfect breeding ground for his attention to detail and organizational skills. David resides in Moncton, NB where he decided to retire after his military career. Entering the real estate field and excelling at the technology both third party and broker owned. He now trains other agents in these technologies including FaceBook marketing. He felt the calling to enter real estate in 2016, earning Sales Achievement in 2017 and 2018 with Royal LePage Atlantic. Later he joined Keller Williams Capital Realty in 2019 and was awarded the “Commander” award for his extensive use and promotion of the KW CRM system. David has excelled since joining Keller Williams, and has doubled his business year over year. David believes strongly in personal service and ensuring his transactions are relationship based and strives to maintain it with his past, present and future clients. David has already fallen into the mentoring role within his Market Center by teaching new agents 3 times a week in person and is a SPARK Mentor in the productivity coaching program nationwide.
