Anne-Marie learned that Campobello means beautiful place/countryside in Italian when she was studying there but she affectionately calls the island Campobelissimo, which means the most beautiful place/countryside. She is living the dream to call the island home. She considers it her ocean spa retreat with rugged coastlines where she craves the cold water dips, the sun baked stones on the beaches, sauna to warm up, the meditative sound of crashing waves, the smell of sea salt, of her favorite sea vegetables and the simple bliss of being immersed by such natural beauty.

She is an accomplished business woman who has been a home owner since she inherited a share of her grandmother's house at 8 years old which led her to negotiate and buy her first place at 18. She had evaluated and confirmed it was the best financial decision she could take and she was right! Many years and exciting deals have passed since and she is grateful for all the lessons learned that she can share to make the process as smooth and easy as possible including her Bachelor's degree in business administration, management accounting and her studies in real estate appraisal. Her passion with real estate may come from aunty Pat who was also a redhead and a successful Realtor. Anne-Marie has been involved in all types of transactions including oceanfront property, residential, vacant land, tax sales, renovations and even commercial/business and they were all as unique and special as every tide and wave.

She left a great job as a Federal public servant Advisor with Canada Economic Development to live on the island but her only regret was that she wasn't able to do it sooner. Her career included amazing jobs like travelling the world as a Tour accountant and Production coordinator for Cirque du Soleil shows, Responsible for administration and customer service for a Provincial wildlife reserve, being a business owner and winning the best young entrepreneur of the year prize of her local chamber of commerce. She is fluent in French, English and she wishes to practice her basic Spanish!

She loves finding creative win-win solutions to make things happen, dreams come true like spending time and living on Campobello island, a hidden gem. She strives to find every possible way to make precious investments shine and maximise the returns. She is a determined negotiator that takes pride in working to obtain the exceptional and unique places her clients are contemplating at the best possible conditions.
