Sarah Ketcheson

My goal is to make your real estate transaction as simple and seamless as possible. With experience in professional organization, I know what it takes to take a challenging property and bring it to market quickly and effectively.

Along with my expertise in organization, I have worked for more than 25 years in media and provincial government communications. I am passionate about this province, having made my home here since 1999 when I moved from Ontario. My husband – a native New Brunswicker – and I are raising our twin boys and young daughter to be proud of this province and its abundant potential.

I know what it is like to pick up and move to a new place, having lived in Japan and Wales for brief periods. My goal is to make your transition – big or small – as easy and rewarding as it can be.

In my free time, I act in amateur theatre productions with Fredericton’s Branch Out Productions, and I am a member of the Kings Landing Historical Settlement’s Board of Directors. I also love to weight train and hike with our Shetland Sheepdog, Finnegan.
