Kami Harris is Evolve Real Estate Team's commercial agricultural real estate specialist and Marketing Coordinator. Born and raised in a tiny rural community in the Miramichi, her first introduction to agriculture was helping in her grandparents' potato field as a small child - instilling a work ethic she has carried throughout her life. She moved to her partner's family dairy farm in the Sussex area in 2019. With a BSc Honours and MSc in Biology from Mount Allison University, Kami went on to pursue a PhD in Pathology and Microbiology from Atlantic Veterinary College at University of Prince Edward Island but ultimately felt the farm calling her home.
As a part of a dairy farming family for the last decade, Kami will use her knowledge of the industry to specialize in commercial agricultural real estate and operations. Kami joined the Evolve Real Estate Team as their Marketing Coordinator so you're more likely to see her behind the camera instead of in front of it, bringing people’s homes and properties to life through her lens. She is a hard-working, detail oriented person that will make sure that nothing gets overlooked for her clients. Having worked in the service industry since her teen years, as well as being part of a cancer research team and as a pioneer in Lyme disease research in the province, Kami puts great value on helping others.
Kami thrives in the outdoors. In her free time she enjoys helping out at the farm driving hay wagons with her favourite tractor, feeding calves, and giving all the barn cats love and extra kibbles. On summer evenings you'll find her in Miggity Mac's Pumpkin Patch, affectionately named after her barn-turned-house cat Mac Traven.
No stranger to hard work and licensed to serve real estate clients across the province, Kami will be dedicated to working for you. Contact her today to find out how she can help you reach your agricultural and real estate goals.
